I want to share an interesting incident on our D.police , having a motto ...For you..after you always :-)....really these people are ridiculous nd unbearable.
u know, once in a while when my brother got blessed with a child, he and his family was staying with us for a delivery and they left the place after that.
As we all suffer after these deliveries and marriage at home or hospitals. My family also has to face the community(between he and she) ...those use to come and collect their "bakhseesh" very rightfully after these good occasions..but the problem is always amount they start demanding like Rs. 51000/-.
After getting news from their sources (hospitals, caterers, housemaid or neighbors) they came at our home, start demanding 51000/- ..my maa was alone that time got scared from them and their demand (threat). Maa requested them that she was not having that much amount in home.
U knw, wht they said, "give ur gold ornaments"(is it Bakhsheesh?)
Mom said,"I have nothing right now, please come on Sunday, when male persons would be at home."..They went that day bt not easily and came on Sunday at exact time...
I was at home with my Paa and Maa ..nd Maa had already told me about the past visit.. I instructed, No need to open the door just negotiate the amount first (but why we were negotiating..is it like the robbery) So they started knocking the door nd I requested them to negotiate the amount but one of their member threatened me to open the door unless they will break the door ..(what was this),,,I said, "No child is here for wht u demanding nd we are ready to give (or Pay) ur bakhsheesh, wht much we can pay."..He or She said, "First open the door, do not disrespect us"..
I tell you, at that time no neighbor came to ask or save us from these "gundagardi" from these bechare people-- "collecting their bread and butter from us"
Are we disrespecting them ? or getting scared ???
Yes the same thought, what u r thinking now---, "not to pay and ..call D.Police", yes I also assumed that D.police can face the situation for us and help us..and I dialed 100 ...after 10 minutes a Constable came by saying "Kya ho Raha hain, yahan..then what the member of threatening guest said.."yeh kya kar lenge, yeh to bade khush ho kar dete hain, main to inke yahan bhi gayi thi ab to tujhe darwaja kholna hi padega."..
With collecting lot of courage, I have opened the door for him, he entered and inspected the situation, and requested(yes, request by DP guys) them, to take the amount what we are paying with "khushi se". I was thinking..we called him, here for negotiation or to make them run from our place, but some security is better than no security...suddenly we saw two more police man- SI and constable...were entering in our home...and first one who negotiating with our cheap guests..leaving the place..
So now we have two ...it was a filmy scene . nw we are more confident..bt cheap guests are more than us. they stated telling to those police man about us and stared at me and said, "ab tum inko bhi doge aur hamen bhi."
I was literally shocked, the comment on face ..gr8 efforts...so SI was sitting on our couch having a sip of the tea..nd started his pravachan(advice),"See, these ppl are really getting dangerous nowadays..they are ruling in gangs now, way back some time, they killed three members of other gang.'
Nice one.. a new thought after hearing those nice words from DP..I went to the leader of the cheap guests and requested to take reasonable amount and some dresses with some other rituals things....they started shouting on me, "Kya Samajh rakha hain, hamen ..we are not beggars.."
But One of those agreed with conditions...they did the rituals, some members were murmuring (not happy)..when i m paying them (yes, paying the bakhseesh) that SI inturrpted me, "No; do not give them anything, let me see what they can do."
Great courage shown by SI :-$, bt somehow I have paid the negotiated amount and they wen away. But i was not ready to face other guest on Sunday, those are sitting in our drawing room and watching TV and debating with Paa about current affairs.
Why I called him to make us more scared from the community or to have cup of tea with us ...he took more than hour after the incident, might be he also needed some bakhsesh too but when we told them about some false relation with his seniors..He left the place with his mate.
So in this way, we have faced the situation and passed the Sunday with the "help" of the Security (for their salary we have to pay taxes). the Security (Aap k liye, aap k peeche saidav)
I am really desperate to have a comments from all of you.
Thanks
Shubh Samay
Yours
Mann
